A council office runs constituent meetings between committee sessions that overrun, site visits that depend on weather, and a clerk who owns the official diary. Publishing availability means publishing an elected official's movements, and every rescheduled committee turns the published version into a lie.
What happens instead
So the caseworker picks three slots on Thursday afternoon — after the committee, before the site visit — and sends those three to the constituent who wrote in. Each link is single-use and re-checked against the live diary at the moment someone taps it, so when Wednesday's planning committee runs two hours long and eats Thursday morning, there is nothing already booked into it to unpick. The constituent confirms without making an account, and the meeting lands on the official's calendar and the clerk's with the address attached. What was published, at any point, was three times on one afternoon.
Availability isn't a disclosure
You hand-pick the times you're offering, one meeting at a time. What the recipient sees is those times — not a diary, not a pattern, not a movement schedule.
The times are checked at the moment they're taken
Every link is single-use and re-verified against the live calendar when someone confirms, so a slot swallowed by an overrunning committee can't be booked out from under you.
