Hand-pick two to five openings and send them as a single link. The person on the other end sees those times and nothing else — no calendar to read, no account to make, one tap to confirm.
Group availability
Send one proposal to up to ten people. Each marks every time that works for them, and the moment everyone still in the running has answered, the earliest time they all agreed on books itself.

Connect iCloud, Outlook, Google or anything that publishes a feed, and read the whole week in one grid. Month and week views, click a slot to create, colour by category.
Focus sessions
Put a number on a task, put it in the week, then run the timer against it. Afterwards you know what the work cost, rather than what you meant it to cost.
Follow-ups
A meeting ends and you know exactly what has to happen next — for about four minutes. Hotline asks then, queues the answer, and feeds it back into the next proposal.
