Hiring for one post, twelve people to see, and a panel of three whose calendars only overlap on Wednesday and Thursday. Sending everyone the same availability link means two candidates racing for the same 10am and you finding out afterwards.
What happens instead
So you connect the panel's three calendars, and the only hours Hotline will let you offer are the ones all four of you are genuinely free. You write twelve invitations on Friday afternoon, each with its own two or three times, and schedule them to go out at nine on Monday. Every link is single-use and re-checked against the live calendars at the moment someone confirms, so when two candidates open their mail in the same minute the ten o'clock can only go to one of them. Nobody makes an account, and no candidate can see how many slots are still open — which was never information they needed.
