How it works

  1. Connect what you already use

Apple iCloud, Google, or any published feed — Outlook, Fastmail, Zoho, Nextcloud. Credentials are encrypted at rest and the access asked for is deliberately narrow.

  2. See the whole week at once

Every connected calendar in one grid, month or week, coloured by your own categories. Click an empty slot to create.

  3. Work from it

Propose times against what you are actually looking at, block a task, run the focus clock. The calendar is where the week gets driven, not a report about it.

Every busy block says where it came from

A block off personal iCloud and a block off a work feed are told apart and labelled. You never have to guess which life a conflict belongs to.

Colour by category, not by source

Categories are yours and cut across calendars, which is the axis a grant report or an invoice actually asks about.

Your meetings as a feed others can subscribe to

One link, standard ICS. It works in whatever the other person already runs.

Read at propose time, write once at confirm

Hotline reads free/busy while you are choosing times and writes exactly one event when a slot is claimed. Not continuous two-way sync — nothing of yours is mirrored anywhere it does not need to be.
