Delete your account

You can delete your Hotline account yourself, from inside the app or on the web. It takes effect immediately.

How to delete

  1. Sign in to Hotline (the app or hotlinecal.com).
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the Account section and choose Delete account, then confirm.

If you can’t sign in, email hello@hotlinecal.com from the address on the account and we’ll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, settings, and every signed-in session.
  • Your calendar connections and the stored credentials for them.
  • Your personal information, and the personal information of the people you scheduled with, erased from proposals, meetings, and follow-ups. Anonymized records with no identifying detail remain, alongside a personal-data-free log entry proving the erasure ran.
  • Your events, tasks, focus history, and notification tokens.

Two things Hotline cannot reach: meetings already on someone else’s calendar stay on their calendar — an invite they accepted is theirs — and copies of events previously written to your own connected calendars remain there. Remove those in the calendar app that holds them.
