Getting booked

Pick the times. Send one link.

Hand-pick two to five openings and send them as a single link. The person on the other end sees those times and nothing else — no calendar to read, no account to make, one tap to confirm.

How it works

  1. Pick the openings

Two to five slots, chosen by you against your real calendar. Not a window and not a set of rules — the specific times you want this meeting to happen.

  2. Send one link

To one person or to a group. They open it in a browser. There is nothing to install and no account to make.

  3. They confirm

One tap. The slot is claimed, the invite goes out, and the times you offered and nobody took release themselves.

They see your times, not your week

A full availability calendar tells a client how busy you aren't, and hands them every gap you would rather keep. This shows the openings you chose and nothing around them.

A slot cannot go twice

The link is re-checked against your calendar at the moment of booking, not when you sent it. Two people opening the same proposal cannot both take the same time — the claim is atomic, and the second one is told so on the spot.

Their timezone, not yours

Times render where the reader is. Nobody converts anything and nobody arrives an hour early.

Write it now, send it later

Compose the proposal while the calendar is in front of you and choose when it goes out. Hotline places the call at the hour it should land.
