Everything it patches through to.
Connect the calendar you already have. Keep the maps you already use. Hand the whole schedule to the spreadsheet your finance office insists on. Here is the full list — and, at the end, what Hotline won't connect to on purpose.
Calendars
Connect the one you already have. On every plan, including Free — your own calendar is not something we would sell back to you.
Apple Calendar
Nobody else does thisiCloud over CalDAV, with your app-specific password encrypted at rest. Calendly stopped accepting new iCloud connections in August 2024. We didn't.
Google Calendar
Reads your free time when you propose. Writes the event when someone confirms. Nothing in between.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook
Work or personal, over Microsoft Graph. Exchange calendars come along with it.
Proton, Fastmail, and any ICS feed
Nobody else does thisNextcloud, Zoho, Yahoo, or a URL somebody in IT sent you. If it publishes ICS, Hotline reads it.
The calendar on your phone
iPhone and Android, read on the device itself. No second account, nothing leaves the handset to make it work.
Hotline, inside your calendar app
Subscribe to your Hotline schedule from anything that reads a calendar feed.
Meetings
Where the meeting actually happens.
Zoom, Meet and Teams links
PartlyPaste a meeting link and it becomes a Join button on the invite, checked so it can't be anything but a link. Hotline doesn't create the link for you yet — that's next.
Places
For the meetings that happen in a room.
Apple Maps and Google Maps
Nobody else does thisMeeting somewhere real? The invite carries one tap to directions, in whichever app they already use.
Mapbox
Address search that finishes the address for you, so a field site gets typed once and correctly.
Money
How you pay us, and how you get paid.
Stripe
How you pay us. Card, monthly or annual, and you cancel from your own billing page without writing to anyone.
Your team's week
Rosters, shifts, hours, and the file your finance office asked for.
Spreadsheets
Import a roster, export a schedule, take the hours to Excel or Sheets. The finance office does not have to learn Hotline.
Signing in
However your team already signs in to things.
Apple, Google and Microsoft sign-in
Or just an email address and a link. There is no password to lose.
Your data
Getting it out is a feature, not a support ticket.
Everything, on the way out
Nobody else does thisOne file with all of it, whenever you ask, without a support ticket or a waiting period.
What it won't connect to
Not a roadmap gap. These are decisions.
Ad trackers and lead enrichment
No pixels, no data brokers, no quietly looking up who booked. Somebody scheduling a meeting with a public agency is not a lead.
Meeting recorders
Meetings with government partners carry consent and records-retention rules that a bot in the room walks straight into.
The sales stack
Hotline never publishes your whole week, so there is no funnel to feed. The people you send times to are people you already know.
